Configure practice operating hours

Practice operating hours determine the maximum hour range for displaying and configuring all clinic hours and availability.

Consider all clinics and all sorts of activities when configuring these hours.

For example, you may want to start your operating hours at 8:00am even if you don't see patients until 9:00am so that you can schedule early morning staff meetings from 8:00am to 8:30am.

This area is not available to all administrators. Speak with your ICE Health Systems representative to configure these settings.

1. Go to Practice > Practice Settings > Practice Information > Primary Information
2. Update the times under Practice Operating Hours
