Check medication interactions

The interaction check is run through Lexicomp when there are two or more medications associated with a patient record.

1. Select Check Interactions at the bottom of the Health Facts list  
   • If the system has automatically detected interactions in the list, Check Interactions becomes # Interactions! - Check Now  
2. Confirm the warning that allergies are not added to the analysis
3. The Lexicomp Interaction Analysis opens in a new tab  
4. Select an interaction pair to view details
5. Optional: Use the Search tab in Lexicomp to add more medications or allergies to the analysis and then select Analyze.
