You can access Lexicomp inside the system directly or from a medication health fact on a patient's record.

4. Select or press return on your keyboard
5. Choose a search result to review the monograph and additional details

Menu	Description
Trissel's IV Compatibility	Provides users access to IV compatibility and stability information.
Alerts/Interactions	Allows clinicians to analyze a patients drug regimen for drug vs. drug, drug vs. herb, drug vs. food, drug vs. allergy, and any forms of possible duplicate therapy. Once you have made selections you can view alerts and analyze data.
Drug ID	Helps identify solid oral dosage forms by visual characteristics such as: imprint, shape, and color.
Patient Education	Allows clinicians to print patient education materials for drugs, diseases, and discharge instructions.
Calculators	A collection of over 80 medical calculators covering dosing conversions, fusion rates, toxicology, and other general medical calculations.
