Check health fact history

You can review the history of changes to a patient's health facts.

1. Select History
   
2. The Health Fact and Vitals Activity Log window displays a history of changes to the patient's health facts and vitals  
   • Changes include health fact additions, removals, significance updates, and vitals data entry.
3. Select View to open the health fact's information window
