Remove a health fact

After you remove a health fact from the sidebar, a record still exists in the History window.

If you remove and re-add a health fact, it retains all of the past history and notes.

1. Select the health fact you want to remove
   
2. Select Delete
   
3. Confirm that you want to remove the health fact from the patient's sidebar
