The patient portal enables clinicians and patients to communicate securely about appointments, forms, financial balances, and more.

Discuss and share information

A patient can login to a secure portal with username and password to:

• View and confirm upcoming appointments.
• View and fill out assigned forms.
• Watch assigned patient education animations.
• Respond to messages from the clinic.
• Check their financial balance.
• Update their preferences to receive SMS or email appointment reminders.

Access by invite

To gain access for the first time and set a password, a patient receives a portal invitation link sent by an employee at the clinic.

To login, a patient goes to the clinic's login page and enters their username and password.
