The minimum technical requirements for using ICE Health Systems.

| Memory | 2 GB minimum, 4 GB recommended. |

| Internet | Broadband internet access. Minimum 15 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download. |
| Browser | Current versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Chrome is strongly recommended. |
Test download and upload speeds
Since ICE Health Systems is a cloud-based electronic health record system, having a good connection to the internet is critical.
Your internet needs primarily depend on how often you use high bandwidth components such as Imaging or Patient Education, how many users are connected to your network at one time, and how many other activities rely on your internet connection.
- Download speed: How fast you can pull data from a server to you. Most connections download faster than they upload. Download speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps).
- Upload speed: How fast you can send data from you to others. Upload speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps).
