View patient vitals history

The history for each vital type is accesible from the panel. The timestamp represents how long it has been since each item was updated.

1. Select the timestamp to the right of a value field
   
   or
   Hover over the dots for each measurement 
   

The full history of changes to all vitals and health facts is also accessible from the patient sidebar.
