Add an addendum to a progress note

You can add an addendum to a progress note if it's locked, but you still want to add additional information.

An addendum isn't just a plain text field. It uses the templates for progress notes, but it's attached below the original note.

1. Select Add Addendum
   
2. Use the steps from Fill out a progress note to fill out the progress note
3. The addendum appears attached below the original progress note
