New​

Reporting​

  • Ability to export report results into a JSON file.

Treatment Planning​

  • The CDT 2020 code changes have been implemented and will be effective January 1, 2020.

Improved​

Dashboards​

  • All charting related panels that are currently available from General, Periodontal and Orthodontic dashboards can now be added to the Patient Dashboard.

Documents​

  • The buttons and statuses used for documents, including progress notes, have been updated for consistency and clarity.

Practice Settings​

  • A state is required in order to save the address for clinic or clinic groups in Australia, Canada, Jamaica, Mexico and the USA.

Telehealth​

  • The main window is now always used for a video or screenshare rather than only in the thumbnails along the right side.
  • Telehealth participants can now click on any video/screenshare to have it be in the main window.

Translations​

  • If the provider localization language is set to Spanish, the default dashboards panel titles will be in Spanish.

User Experience​

  • Many changes were implemented within the system to improve user experience.

Fixed​

Audit Logs​

  • Addressed an issue in the audit summary for user creation.

Demographics​

  • Addressed issues related to inactive address types.

Documents​

  • Able to use the return or enter key to start a new line/paragraph when inputting text in "User Input" question types of Patient Documents or Progress Notes.
  • The PDF version of a document now includes Health Facts in the same colour as they are displayed in the document viewed within ICE.

Financials​

  • Required fields noted and appropriate errors updated for missing fields when creating an Ad Hoc Statement.

Odontogram​

  • Fixed an issue with the odontogram panel size when loaded in periodontal charting.

Panel Views​

  • A floating panel that has been collapsed/expanded now displays the panel information and the panel toolbar is functional.
  • When creating a new panel view, the 'Copy From' list no longer shows duplicates of existing views.

Patient Files​

  • Drag and drop of files onto the Patient Files panel is now working regardless of the Panel View configuration.

Practice Settings​

  • When a provider group has providers associated and is set to inactive, it will no longer show up in the list of provider groups for those providers.

Referrals​

  • Draft referrals are now being saved correctly.
  • The column indicating the patient name has been removed from the Patient Referrals panel.

Reporting​

  • Addressed issues when displaying the ICE Daily Appointment List report template in a report panel as an interactive list.
  • Cancelled appointments no longer appear as unscheduled appointments in reports.
  • Cancelled appointments now show the correct date in interactive list reports selected from a practice or provider dashboard report panel.
  • Reason for Treatment report when searching by mouth area no longer produces an error.
  • Sorting of detailed reports is now working when the sort option is a custom field.
  • The Appointment Search Fields are now listed at the top in the Appointment List report.
  • When a user refreshes a report panel or refreshes all panels, the latest data is now shown even when switching between display types (e.g. Chart vs. Detailed List).

Scheduling​

  • Explicit recommended date details now appear on the Appointment Summary screen, just like on the Edit Appointment screen.
  • Recommended date range or date value are now saved and displayed in the Appointment Summary window.
  • Reordering the dates ranges from Practice Settings > Scheduling > Date Ranges is now correctly reflected when selecting a Recommended Date for an appointment.
  • Setting a recommended date for an appointment no longer loads the provider menu in the background.
  • The Patient Next Visits panel is now sorting appointments by scheduled date.
  • When choosing an Appointment Cancellation Reason, the list of items is now displayed in the defined order.

Telehealth​

  • Addressed the issue where the edit setting changes were not being reflected.
  • A floating video panel now docks in its original location.
  • When refreshing browser after closing a Telehealth session, the main Telehealth page is now loading as expected.

Treatment Planning​

  • A tooth that has been removed from the dentition is no longer displayed in the treatment/procedure input screen.
  • After dragging a diagnostic finding linked to two treatments to another phase, the proposed procedure was being automatically declined. This has been fixed to allow dragging between phases without automatically declining treatment.
  • Material Findings no longer appear under "Unplanned" in the Treatment Planning panel when the Findings Input window is open.
  • Pontic material finding can now be saved with a material selected.

Validation​

  • Resolved an issue where the validation record could not be viewed a second time on a Windows machine.
  • Please note: Validation improvements are now focused on our desktop version. As of this release, the mobile validation site is no longer supported but users can continue to use the desktop version from their mobile device.
