New​

Collaboration Sharing Center​

  • Added invitation for visitors to contribute content to the Sharing Center
  • Published Individual and Patient Management article
  • Posted new Financial Report Templates, including:
    • Daily Income
    • Payment Details
    • Adjustment Details

Collaborations​

  • The Collaborations module has been rebuilt in a new, more robust framework that results in performance improvements (particularly when loading large lists of collaborations). Future functionality improvements will be easier to implement and the user experience will continue to be enhanced.
    • Note that with this release the Collaborations and Tasks Dashboard Panels are not updated with new collaborations. This issue will be resolved soon in an upcoming release.

Data Import/Export​

  • Ability to update the default dashboards using Data Import.

Treatment Planning​

  • Ability to drag a step set from Treatment Planning to an appointment in the Next Visits Panel and associate individual steps with the appointment.
  • The Next Visits Panel will now show the associated procedures on the appointments.
  • The updates to Material Findings include:
    • Material Findings have been updated to a comprehensive list.
    • The status of "Treated" has been removed for Material Findings only, as these are existing clinical or radiographic findings.
    • Visuals on the odontogram have been updated.
    • When adding a material finding of a Crown, all surfaces are now selected by default once a tooth is chosen.
  • Step sets now show the custom step name followed by the parent description on the Treatment Planning Panel, Next Visits Panel, Appointment and General Procedure List.

Fixed​

Data Import/Export​

  • Fixed the issue of failed providers export.
  • Fixed the issue of not all the report templates being exported.
  • Fixed issues when exporting "Patient Charge Adjustments" and "Patient Predeterminations".
  • There is now a helpful error message when a document that already exists is imported.
  • Updated the Patient Predetermination export to include Closed Predeterminations.
  • Updated the Patient Charge Adjustments export to include those associated with an inactive code.

Practice Settings​

  • Fixed issue of not being able to update an existing Clinic Group's description.

Reporting​

  • After running a report, the number of results returned for each data set are now displayed in the detailed results header after the word 'count'.
  • The individual type is no longer shown in parentheses after the field name, for those fields which already contained the type (e.g. Provider SSN).

Security​

  • We have introduced additional security controls.

Treatment Planning​

  • Fixed an issue related to clearing the area (e.g. tooth and surface) selection when the Material finding type is changed to one whose rules do not allow for that area to be selected.

Vitals​

  • Fixed the order of the blood pressure rates when viewing data points on a Patient graph.

Note that links to ICE Medical Support System have been removed from all health facts and the References menu. Lexicomp links for medications remain unchanged.
