A new drop-down selector has been introduced to several demographic fields. In future releases, this more robust drop-down selector will be introduced throughout the ICE system.
A new panel "Patient Animation Tracking" is available to display which patient education playlists were accessed from a patient record, including details such as pausing a video and which user viewed it.
A more robust and flexible search functionality has been introduced. Specifically this search can be used in Practice Settings > Warnings to create rules for certain criteria, with the results displayed on patient or practice dashboards.
If the provider's localization language is set to French, then the menus, panels and current areas that have been translated will now be available in French.
Appointment and event import/export has been updated to remove dependence on GUID, making it easier to generate appointments and events. When importing, if GUID is null or cannot be found, a new appointment or event is created. If a matching GUID is found, the appointment or event will be updated based on the import JSON.
The Telehealth session timeout settings have been removed.
When creating a session, you can now choose to create a link to the telehealth session instead of inviting specific people. If an invitation is not required, then any user with the link can join the session after they log into the system.
When the practice setting for display of country code in phone number is turned on, the country code will now appear in the Patient Sidebar and in individual cards.
Appointments, events and availability templates are no longer able to be set past the practice operating hours which are the minimum and maximum of the scheduling grid.
