Managing referral attachments

You can link file attachments to your referrals throughout the workflow in order to make sure it includes the most up to date information.

This includes uploading new files from your computer or linking to previously uploaded attachments in the patient's Files panel.

Adding and linking attachments allows you to send additional information about your patient's treatment or to request standardized information from the receiving clinic.

These attachments may be PDFs, Word documents, scanned paper documents, etc.

Adding New Attachments

You can upload a new file attachment directly from the Create or Edit Referral window. Attachments added this way are also accessible from the patient's Files panel.
