Editing procedure and finding details

Once a procedure or finding has been added you can update details or correct errors.

  1. To edit the status or clinic, select the status or clinic drop-down menus in the general procedure list
  2. Choose a different status or clinic
  3. Your changes are saved automatically

or

  1. To edit the procedure code or area, select  to the right of either a finding or procedure 



  2. Update the details in the window 
  3. Select Save

or

  1. To edit the date or treating provider, select the date field, or the X beside the treating provider's name



  2. Update the details in the field
  3. Your changes are saved automatically

Tip: Automatic Changes

When a procedure status is changed to Completed, Date is set to today's date.

When a procedure is added, Treating Provider is set to the provider adding the procedure.
