Assigning a form to a provider

You can assign a form to one or more providers if you would like them to review or add to a form.

Each assigned provider will receive a task notification from you with a direct link to the form.

A link to the form will also appear in their Provider Assigned Forms panel.

  1. Select Assignments



  2. Search and select the provider's name in the Search Providers field



  3. Select OK
    • Each selected provider will receive a notification with a link to this form. To learn more about notifications, see Checking notifications.

You can use these same steps to assign a progress note or letter to a provider.
